"Recently, my wife and I awoke to the unpleasant experience of a hard drive failure. Our computer screen was blank, and would do absolutely nothing when we attempted to get it running. We had a friend email HoBITS.com for us, and we were contacted by a representative immediately. We explained the problem to them, and they confirmed that it did in fact sound like a hard drive failure. The representative advised us that they would pick up a hard drive, and then be over on Monday to take care of the problem. This contact I might add was on a Sunday.

On Monday, a representative came to our home and took care of the problem. This included replacing the hard drive, and loading all of the operating systems back onto it. This took some time to accomplish, and the representative never balked. My wife and I are both realtors in the Tampa Bay area, and had it not been for such a company as HoBITS.com ready to assist us as promptly as they did, we don’t know what we would have done.
