    No. The most useful person in the room is whoever actually does the repetitive work each day. We handle the technical translation — you describe how the work flows and where it slows down.

    The assessment is a conversation — we do not need access to your systems to run it. For each opportunity we note what data would be involved and the security considerations, so you can weigh them before anything is built. We do not share what we discuss.
    Yes. The assessment is about your workflows, not your IT contract. You are welcome to share the summary with your current provider. If you would also like a second opinion on your managed IT or cybersecurity, we can cover that separately.
